when i was in high school, i had two favourite bands: radiohead and weezer. one of my favourite songs is say it ain't so... they're just a great band. they came out with some duds after pinkerton (which was incredibly undervalued for what it was when it came out) but they're still a very important band.
they're still clever and i was pleased to see this cover of kids/pokerface from the band. take a look at let me know what you think.

remember pinkerton? the first emo album? the one that started everything? the one that got all those awful reviews and fucking RIVERS said wasn't that good? i love that fucking album. it's amazing. i can sing along to that whole album with my disaffected heart in key.

also, since i haven't updated in a while, here's a little treat for you. it's an amazing cover of wicked game (chris issak). a stellar song on its own, this cover revs it up a bit and makes it that much more desperate and dark. i really like it. i know absolutely nothing about giant drag, the band that performs the song. educate yourself!
