i know what you're all thinking, two posts in a day AND country music ?? score! and you're right, it's a stellar day. my overactive mind is trying to digest all these crazy thoughts uni has stuck in my head. so many news things to contend with! so, to wind down, i've obviously been listening to fem-rock! woo.
miranda lambert is a country singer, which means that i should not know who she is. but i found this song on a paste music sampler last year and it's FRESH, dude. soo soo good. in the tradition of goodbye, earl by the dixie chicks but really truly good musically. check it. respect it. i love her! it's called gunpowder and lead. i can't embed the video, so check it out here.

who doesn't enjoy something a little less than musically acceptable from time to time? oh cmon, like you don't own a copy of dance hit '93. YES YOU DO. LIAR. anywho. i know that i indulge in crap here and there. at least i'm HONEST. geez. that's right, beyonce, timberlake, sugababes, that's nothin. robbie williams? the man covers sinatra for god's sake. nothing to be ashamed of. but there is some stuff i am ashamed of. mostly because it's actually not ironic nor is it good. these are my... DUM DUM DUMMM... guilty pleasures.
